Ewelina’s role at I Love is ‘Commercial Manager’, who oversees policy-level business operations for I Love, as a commercial manager, Ewelina identifies and develops better business opportunities for improved growth, her duties include maintaining client relationships, analysing current strategies, and developing improved action plans. Ewelina was promoted from Operations when she first started her journey here 8 years ago. Through the 8 years at I Love this has given Ewelina a great understanding of every avenue of the business.
Ewelina states “Being in sales requires many skills but one of the most important in my opinion is being good with people. Whether you are speaking to a big retailer or a small online website it’s worth having that human connection to make things happen but keep it fun on the way. I have learned a lot over the last 8 years and grown not only as a professional but also as a person. I’m grateful to my colleagues who have taught me a lot about the beauty industry and commercial side of the business. This role has given me a wide understanding of almost every department which is priceless in my opinion and I’m very grateful for it…I hope for I Love to grow as a brand and expand our portfolio. I would love to open new markets as well as improve our online presence. We are a passionate and creative bunch of people so I’m sure that the best is still to come”.
