We believe our approach as a business has helped us to achieve this award. With 2020 dramatically affected by the COVID-19 global pandemic, and the Brexit transition period ending, it has been more critical than ever to strengthen our relationship marketing. We have adapted our approach, allowing Libra to continue to deliver exceptional results whilst contributing towards a well-established global supply chain. Due to global travel restrictions, we have embraced the value of digital interaction and have made a unique transition to virtual customer meetings and business reviews – whilst cherishing every face-to-face meeting that can be made. Despite the challenges of the time differences and the lack of direct interaction, Libra have strived to establish new relationships as well as nurture existing ones.
Another aspect of winning this award was to adapt our business model due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite raw materials shortages lasting through much of the last two years, we collaborated closely with customers and suppliers to manage supply chains carefully and efficiently. Libra can proudly report an impressive increase of >10% to international territories. Our global customers have endured many materials shortages and extreme weather conditions in the last 12 months, causing usually robust supply routes to become compromised. To assist, Libra quickly adapted to manage the fluctuating market demand and provide total delivered solutions.
